While my experience at the dealership started on a positive note, I was deeply disappointed by the outcome. The salesman made false promises regarding a letter about the value of my trade-in, which ultimately led to a reduction in its value. Unfortunately, it’s situations like these that contribute to the negative stereotypes often associated with car salespeople and dealerships. What makes this even more disheartening is that this was the second vehicle I purchased from this family-owned business. I had hoped for a higher standard of integrity and customer care, but this incident made me feel as though they operate no differently from other dealerships. Sadly, my trust in this business has been eroded, and I can no longer recommend them.

Very helpful staff. I just wish there was an option to make an appointment online. They have a very antiquated and inconvenient way of making appointments.
