Vivian, Andrew, Waldo and all the service team always go above and beyond and in Norther New Mexico that is a hard task to achieve.

Came in for a warranty service and ended up having to pay $650. The service manager claimed there was evidence of rodents, but could only show me a picture of frayed wires. There was no proof of rodent activity on the inside of the vehicle to the carpet, seats, etc, just frayed wires. Additionally, the windows did not work properly after the service and now the car starts with difficulty. There were no issues before. After a 20k service that cost over $700, and resulted in significant brake noise, I think I'm done trusting your mechanics. At the very least, I can't afford that much money.

The 2025 VW Golf R Mark 8.5 is hard to find. I was fortunate to find it locally and to be in a position to purchase it immediately. The folks at Garcia VW were in a position to show me the Golf R within a day or two of its arrival at the dealership. The review and purchase were conducted most professionally. Jonathan guided the purchase process honestly and efficiently. I am very pleased.
