Since I purchased my VW, the service has been professional, courteous, and hospitable. Anytime I would get the vehicle serviced, Audrey and Sergio call me by my name. I don't go to the dealership that often. Very impressive. The last time I brought the vehicle in, Vivian was amazing. We were in the middle of a snow storm. I did not have anyone to pick me up and finding a ride( uber) would have been impossible, Vivian got me into a loaner. I was able to get home safely, and I had a way to get to work. She is always very helpful, professional, kind knowledgeable, and always has a great attitude.
