The service manager kept us notified as to how the service was going, she made an effort to remedy their mistake when they ordered the wrong part. She went above and beyond and found the correct recall part, as we had traveled 2 1/2 hours for the service.

They were very helpful although it would be nice if they knew more about the charger/id.4 interaction.

Service was prompt and courteous. The wait was very comfortable, and all personnel were very nice both to me and my dog. As far as I know, nothing needs improvement as you've got all bases covered!
