    They not only washed my car, but they vacuumed, and detailed it . I didn't even ask. And they explained how much tread and break wear, etc, very good SVC.

    I had to wait 8 days to bring my vehicle in because that was the soonest time available. I ran errands, came back 3 hours after the appointment time and my car had not been looked at. The person ahead of me in line brought his car in and was given an estimate of 3 hours. I guess I’m stupid. I should have just brought my car in without an appointment 8 days earlier. I wasn’t going to tear into the guy at the desk. He was nice and was filling in from Mercedes. As cars do, when i brought it in it wasn’t acting up, but it started again yesterday.
